Health technology company RingConn has entered a Premium Partnership with Borussia Dortmund’s women’s football team, bringing wearable technology and professional women’s football together through a collaboration focused on health awareness and personal wellbeing.

Announced on 4 November 2026, the partnership will see RingConn become an Official Premium Partner of BVB Women. As part of the collaboration, selected players will receive RingConn Gen 3 smart rings for continued use.

The partnership centres on the concept of “Own Your Rhythm”, encouraging individuals to understand their bodies, recognise their natural rhythms and make informed decisions about their wellbeing.

RingConn’s smart ring technology provides users with insights into personal health metrics through continuous monitoring. The collaboration aims to introduce these insights into the everyday routines of professional football players, while promoting greater awareness of individual health and recovery.

Svenja Schlenker, Managing Director of Borussia Dortmund, welcomed RingConn as a partner of the women’s team. She highlighted the players’ commitment, individuality and connection to their bodies, noting that understanding personal rhythms can support performance and wellbeing both on and off the pitch.

For RingConn, the partnership represents an opportunity to connect its wearable technology with professional sport and reach a wider audience interested in health monitoring. The company believes that consistent health insights can help individuals become more familiar with their bodies over time.

Founded in 2021, RingConn develops smart rings and connected health monitoring products designed to provide ongoing insights into physical and mental wellbeing.

Borussia Dortmund, one of Germany’s most recognised football clubs, continues to develop its women’s football programme alongside its wider sporting and commercial activities. The collaboration reflects growing commercial interest in women’s sport and the opportunities it offers brands working across technology, health and lifestyle.

Through the partnership, both organisations aim to highlight the role of technology in supporting body awareness and everyday wellbeing, while bringing greater visibility to women’s football.
