Gulf Bank has announced a limited-time shopping promotion for its female Rose Gold Credit Card holders, launched in partnership with home furnishing retailer Abyat, ahead of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The exclusive offer allows eligible customers to receive a 25% discount, capped at KD 50, on purchases made in the Ramadan preparation section at Abyat’s Flagship Store in Shuwaikh. The promotion will run for three days only, starting tomorrow (Thursday), and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to the offer is limited to the first 600 qualifying customers.

According to Gulf Bank, the initiative is designed to provide added value to female customers during Ramadan, a period when household preparation and related spending typically increase. The bank said the collaboration reflects its broader approach to delivering tailored banking products and lifestyle benefits that respond to customers’ seasonal needs.

Abyat is widely recognised as one of Kuwait’s leading destinations for home furnishing and interior finishing solutions. Its product range includes furniture, décor items, kitchenware, lighting, and building and finishing materials. By partnering with Abyat, Gulf Bank aims to connect its financial services with a trusted retail brand that aligns with customers’ everyday requirements.

Commenting on the launch, Gulf Bank’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mrs. Najla Aleisa, said the partnership gives Rose Gold cardholders access to exclusive savings on selected products as they prepare their homes for Ramadan. She explained that the promotion forms part of a wider set of curated offers designed specifically around the lifestyle and financial expectations of women.

Mrs. Aleisa added that women empowerment remains a central focus for Gulf Bank within the financial services sector. Through dedicated products such as the Rose Gold Credit Card and collaborations with established retailers, the bank continues to support women’s financial independence, encourage informed spending decisions, and provide access to exclusive benefits that reflect changing roles and aspirations.

The Rose Gold Credit Card is also linked to the Gulf Points loyalty programme, giving cardholders additional rewards alongside partner discounts. Customers earn Gulf Points on their spending, which can be redeemed in several ways, including cashback credited directly to the card, transferring points to family and friends, or using them for flight bookings, hotel stays, and car rentals worldwide.

In addition, cardholders can redeem their Gulf Points through Gulf Bank’s Online Store, which is available via the bank’s mobile application. This feature allows customers to purchase a wide range of products directly using accumulated points, offering greater convenience and flexibility.

Positioned as a premium lifestyle offering, the Rose Gold Credit Card goes beyond basic payment functionality. It provides benefits across shopping, travel, dining, and exclusive services. Travel-related features include discounts on flights and hotel bookings, car rental offers, complimentary airport lounge access at selected destinations, and travel insurance benefits that support Schengen visa applications.

Through initiatives such as this Ramadan-focused promotion with Abyat, Gulf Bank said it continues to focus on delivering practical and relevant value to its customers. The bank added that such collaborations are part of its ongoing efforts to support women financially while offering tailored experiences that combine exclusivity with everyday usefulness during important occasions like the Holy Month of Ramadan.
