easyJet partners with Women in Data® to drive future female leaders in aviation

The partnership aims to raise awareness of career opportunities, provide mentorship and education programmes, and create clear pathways for women into the growing number of data-driven roles at the airline.

easyJet has become the first airline to partner with Women in Data®, in a move designed to support the next generation of women in data and technology across the aviation sector. The partnership aims to raise awareness of career opportunities, provide mentorship and education programmes, and create clear pathways for women into the growing number of data-driven roles at the airline.

The initiative forms part of easyJet’s broader commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, while reinforcing the airline’s focus on data-driven innovation to make travel “easy and affordable.” Through the collaboration, Women in Data® and easyJet will co-host recruitment campaigns, events at easyJet bases, and mentoring schemes for women aspiring to pursue careers in AI, data, and technology.
