This collaboration brings together DXC’s extensive insurance expertise with ServiceNow’s cutting-edge AI workflow technology, creating a powerful tool for insurers seeking to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

The new solution, Assure BPM powered by ServiceNow, offers several key features. Additionally, it features an AI-driven self-service portal designed to provide policyholders with a personalized experience, offering faster and more accurate responses to their queries. This integration of AI capabilities also automates back-office tasks, allowing insurers to focus on innovation and customer service.
