The WEPs were developed by UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) to support businesses in driving gender equality in the workplace, marketplace, and broader society. As a global signatory, Trina Solar incorporates these principles into its corporate strategies, aligning them with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in its operations.
Trina Solar is dedicated to establishing a governance framework that champions diversity in all its forms. Currently, women hold one-third of the seats on the company’s board of directors, highlighting its commitment to inclusivity at the highest level.
