Allbirds has expanded its global distribution network with new partnerships in Europe and Latin America, further solidifying its presence in key international markets. Starting July 1, the Swiss-based Chris Sports will become the exclusive distributor for the sustainable footwear brand in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. This move gives Allbirds a stronger foothold across several major European markets. In Latin America, Wystam, an established distributor based in Uruguay, will take on the role of exclusive distributor for Allbirds in Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. This expansion is part of Allbirds’ strategy to grow its brand across important regions, particularly in Latin America, where the company sees significant potential for growth.

Annie Mitchell, Allbirds’ Chief Financial Officer, expressed the company’s satisfaction with the new partnerships, saying, “After a year of successful transitions to a distributor model in five of our key geographies, plus the addition of four new regions, we are pleased to be adding the expertise of Chris Sports and Wystam to our portfolio of global distributors. Together, we believe we can drive significant growth and brand value across these two important regions for our business.”

With these agreements now in place, Allbirds has formal distribution partnerships with 11 companies worldwide, strengthening its position as a global leader in sustainable footwear. The new distributors are expected to play a key role in driving the brand’s continued expansion and success in these critical markets.
