Warner Chappell Music Korea has announced the immediate appointment of Sophia Hong as its new Managing Director, a move that signals the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the South Korean music publishing landscape. Based in Seoul, Hong will report directly to Arica Ng, the President of Warner Chappell Music APAC.
In her new role, Hong will oversee Warner Chappell’s music publishing activities in South Korea. She is set to focus on boosting the company’s market presence and enhancing overall performance. This will involve developing and implementing strategic initiatives, motivating her team, and pinpointing growth opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
