Alba prioritises its female employees’ well-being with a month-long Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) launched its month-long Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign on October 3, 2024, with an informative lecture by Dr. Fatema Hubail, Chief of Health Promotions Programs at the Ministry of Health. The session was held in-person for Alba’s female employees at the Oasis Hall and was also streamed live for all employees and their family members.

Dr. Abdulla Habib, the Chief Operations Officer, represented Alba’s senior management at the event, presenting a token of appreciation to Dr. Hubail on behalf of the company.

This Campaign aims to educate participants about breast cancer, covering its causes, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. Throughout the month, various activities will be organized for Alba’s female employees, focusing on general and mental health, along with medical check-ups in partnership with the Ministry of Health and several private hospitals.
