Fidelity Life appoints Angela Henderson as its Chief Information Officer, starting May 2024

New Zealand’s leading domestically owned life insurance company, Fidelity Life, has appointed Angela Henderson as Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective early May 2024.

Henderson, a highly regarded leader in technology, brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, extending across New Zealand and the UK. Having previously served as GM Digital at Kiwi Property Group, she held significant roles in digital and transformation at reputable organizations such as Air New Zealand, Westpac NZ, and Ports of Auckland. Henderson’s appointment signifies a shift towards progress in the industry, highlighting her dedication to empowering women in business and technology.

As CIO, Henderson will oversee Fidelity Life’s portfolio governance and delivery, leveraging her extensive background in portfolio governance, change management, product delivery, digital strategy, and leadership.

Fidelity Life CEO Campbell Mitchell said he was delighted to welcome Angela to his Executive team.
