Qatar Airways and EAA collaborate to promote education globally

Qatar Airways has revealed that, in collaboration with Education Above All, members of its Beyond Business program can now use their Qrewards to contribute to educational initiatives and resources for children in underprivileged communities. The Beyond Business corporate travel program by Qatar Airways caters to organizations of all sizes and industries, offering flexibility and exclusive discounts. Additionally, it delivers customized solutions to help businesses optimize their travel budgets based on their specific travel expenditures. 

Education Above All is a non-profit organization established by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, who serves as the chairperson of the EAA Foundation and advocates for the Sustainable Development Goals. The organization is dedicated to promoting equal access to education and promotes positive, sustainable, and inclusive change within communities worldwide. 

Sheikha Moza is the Chairperson of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development and has held key roles in Qatar’s healthcare and education reforms. She chairs Sidra Medicine and Msheireb Properties, focusing on women and children’s health and sustainable urban development. A dedicated advocate for education, she has collaborated with the UN, served as UNESCO Special Envoy for Basic and Higher Education, and launched initiatives like the International Fund for Higher Education in Iraq. 

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer Eng Badr Mohammed Al Meer said, “Access to education is a right for everyone, and we at Qatar Airways are immensely proud of being able to contribute to ensuring education for underserved communities with our esteemed partners at Education Above All through our Beyond Business programme.
