Financial and Insurance services consultant, Kim Gray, has joined Cynozure on their advisory board. Before this, Gray was with NTT Data UK.

Jason Foster, CEO of Cynozure, commented on the appointment, “We are excited to welcome Kim to our Advisory Board. Her deep knowledge and experience in the financial services and insurance industries, combined with her proven track record in consulting and diversity initiatives, make her a perfect fit for our team. Her insights and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence in these sectors to drive meaningful impact for our clients through the use of data and AI.”

Cynozure is named the UK’s fastest-growing consultancies, with a mention in The Sunday Times’ fastest-growing private companies in both 2023 and 2022. Cynozure’s growth is something that garners momentum and so is Gray’s coming into their board. She has over 45 years of experience in her field, having grown consulting firms while serving financial services, insurance, and investment banking customers.

Gray was most recently head of the insurance business unit and diversity and inclusion at IT services company NTT DATA UK. Throughout her earlier career, she also spent time in senior positions with Capgemini and BAE Systems Detica’s commercial business. She continues to be a non-executive director for Primis-Talent and Eames Group, which she will hold alongside her role at Cynozure.

Speaking on her new role, Gray added, “Cynozure’s expertise in advising financial services and insurance firms aligns nicely with my background. I am delighted to work with a team that is dedicated to leveraging data for transformative business outcomes, particularly in industries that are currently undergoing massive changes through the use of AI.”
