HSBC Innovation Banking has joined eight other organisations as a founding partner of FemTick, an accreditation scheme developed by CensHERship to address barriers faced by women’s health businesses.

The initiative will assess service providers on leadership and accountability, risk classification and policy, and customer experience.

CensHERship’s 2026 Bias Burden report found that all women’s health companies surveyed had encountered barriers accessing financial or commercial services, with more than 60 per cent reporting lost revenue as a result.

FemTick aims to help founders identify providers equipped to support the sector’s growth.
