A new staff Zone has officially opened at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai, as the airline continues to hire for its elite cabin staff. The Crew Zone is a modern, open-plan area that is exclusively for crew members. It is open round-the-clock and offers seamless services, including tech zones and support, educational workshops, a beauty and wellness center, an interactive lounge area, and numerous other support services tailored to cabin crew.

At an investment of AED 3 million, the creative and pioneering crew engagement area was developed over nine months with the goal of giving Emirates’ crew a friendly space to relax and rejuvenate with coworkers, gather documents and devices, attend workshops on professional and personal topics, get advice from stakeholders and colleagues, or grab coffee and a snack while finishing in-flight reports.

The large space, which is on the ground floor of the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai, has seven distinct zones and services and can hold up to 200 crew members at once. The designated area encourages professional development for valued crew members and seeks to support a feeling of community between the crew and other departments, highlighting Emirates’ dedication to employee welfare and development.
