BuuPass, Kenya’s leading digital travel platform, has announced a partnership with Team SWAT Logistics and Management Ltd, a prominent bus operator serving Western Kenya.

Team SWAT’s routes cover major destinations, including key routes connecting Nyanza, South Rift Valley, Western Kenya, and Nairobi, providing essential connectivity across Western Kenya.

The integration allows travelers to book Team SWAT bus tickets seamlessly through BuuPass’s website and mobile app, eliminating the need for physical ticket purchases. The Bus Management System will enable Team SWAT to improve efficiency, reduce cash leakages, and ensure booking accuracy by eliminating manual processes. Travelers in Western Kenya can now log bookings, confirm seats in real time, and make secure online payments, enhancing convenience and reliability for both passengers and operators.

Through this partnership, passengers can enjoy a streamlined booking experience while operators benefit from improved revenue management and operational efficiency.

“We’re excited to welcome Team SWAT to our growing network of forward-thinking transport partners,” said Sonia Kabra, Co-founder at BuuPass. “This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to modernise public transport across Kenya, making it more accessible and efficient for everyone.”

This collaboration represents another milestone in BuuPass’s ongoing efforts to digitise Kenya’s transport sector, making travel for millions of Kenyans a matter of clicking the right buttons.
