According to an announcement, Azentio Software, a prominent software company focusing on the BFSI sector, has appointed Aarthi Ramesh as Chief Customer Officer and Emma Foley as Chief Marketing Officer.

Azentio Software has appointed Aarthi Ramesh as Chief Customer Officer, bringing with her over two decades of experience in the IT industry, spanning services and SaaS. Previously, she held the position of Vice President at Freshworks, overseeing strategic accounts in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Notably, she led GTM Operations and contributed significantly to scaling operations in line with IPO goals. Before this, Aarthi served as global COO at Cognizant for a major business unit. In her new role at Azentio, she will focus on enhancing customer success through effective management of customer-facing teams and strategies for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with Azentio products.

Foley brings over two decades of B2B marketing experience in the tech sector across MEA, APAC, and European markets. She recently served as Head of Marketing for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Temenos, where she excelled in leading teams to drive innovative marketing approaches. Her proficiency in using data analytics to optimize marketing efficiency will be instrumental in shaping Azentio’s future marketing strategies. Her primary role will involve ensuring Azentio’s value propositions are clear, compelling, and accessible to customers. She will also support the company’s strategic growth plans in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing technology and data-driven initiatives.
