ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN), a provider of IT solutions to commercial and government clients and soon to be renamed Everforth, has named Sangita Singh as President, India and International. The newly created role is aimed at advancing the company’s global growth strategy and scaling its offshore delivery and digital engineering operations.

The appointment follows ASGN’s recent announcement of its intention to acquire Quinnox, a digital solutions provider with a strong offshore delivery base in India. The company said the new leadership post, alongside the planned Quinnox deal, signals its plans to build a scaled, world class global delivery platform to meet increasingly complex and technology driven client demand.

Ted Hanson, Chief Executive Officer of ASGN, said: “Sangita is a transformational leader with a proven track record of building and scaling global technology businesses, particularly in India. As we move into our next phase of growth and expand our offshore delivery capabilities, Sangita’s deep industry experience, cross cultural leadership, and strong reputation in the Indian marketplace make her uniquely suited to this role. Her appointment reflects our long term strategy to invest in global delivery and position our Company for sustained growth.”

Singh brings more than 30 years of experience across major technology and consulting groups. Her most recent role was General Manager of IT and IT Enabled Services at Microsoft India, where she led large scale growth programmes linked to AI enabled partnerships and complex deal delivery. Before that, she held senior positions at IBM, Infosys and Wipro, where she built and managed multi billion dollar businesses and led global teams working across AI, cloud services, enterprise applications and sector focused solutions in healthcare and life sciences.

Within India’s technology and services sector, Singh is widely known and has received a number of industry recognitions. She has been listed among Business Today’s 30 Most Powerful Women, named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and included in India Today’s 50 on Fast Track.

In her new role, Singh will be responsible for setting up India-based go-to-market operations to support the growth of global capability centres. She will also lead the expansion of ASGN’s operations in India and oversee the company’s international growth. Working with ASGN’s Commercial Segment leadership, Singh will focus on strengthening offshore delivery, improving go-to-market execution and increasing the company’s ability to deliver large and complex programmes for global clients.

Commenting on her appointment, Singh said: “The opportunity to join ASGN at such a formative moment in its global growth journey is incredibly exciting. ASGN is making bold, strategic investments in the future, and I’m thrilled to work with the leadership team to scale our presence in India, expand our go-to-market capabilities, and deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide.”

ASGN said Singh’s arrival adds depth to its senior leadership team as the business prepares to move to the Everforth brand in the first half of 2026. The company is continuing with its longer-term plans to grow its AI-led technology and digital engineering services through a global delivery model operating at scale.
