Northrop Grumman Corporation has appointed Stephanie Willmann as its inaugural country executive for Germany, a move that reflects the company’s plans to deepen its ties with the German armed forces and strengthen partnerships with local industry.

In her new role, Willmann will oversee the company’s expanding relationship with the Bundeswehr, helping to deliver advanced defence technologies and enhance collaboration with German defence firms.

“Northrop Grumman has a longstanding strategic commitment to Germany, working with the German government and local partners to devise and deliver advanced technology that ensures NATO defense forces stay ahead of emerging threats,” said Stephen O’Bryan, corporate vice president and chief global business development officer. “Stephanie brings extensive industry and regional aerospace and defense expertise to the team.”
